1、Reason of Covid-19

3、shipping company get the extra benefit from this situation
Shipping companies don't want to accept goods on FOB basis now.
Because FOB is signed at the port of destination, and they all want to make money at the port of departure, so it is normal for buyers to fail to book shipping space, if they can successfully book shipping space, it is abnormal instead.
A customer went to India on FOB basis, but the goods had been ready for a month, but the space could not be booked. The five cabinets have been kept in the warehouse of the Chinese factory.
The factory is also depressed. So many orders cannot be sent out. The office has become part of the warehouse.
Some people may ask, is there a mysterious department in charge of shipping companies to raise prices this matter?
The answer is nobody.
Because the big ship companies are basically foreign shipowners.In a market economy, as long as each shipping company has a different price increase, there is no absolute ability and reason to limit their price increase.
