This week our Directors, and with our Tecnical Service Manager .walser attended IFAT Munich, one of the world's leading trade fairs for environmental technologies.

It was a valuable opportunity to connect with industry peers, strengthen relations with existing clients, and explore latest innovations and emerging technologies shaping the future of our sector.

We are returning feeling inspired by the conversations, insights and the developments we've seen, and look forward to applying these learnings in our ongoing and upcoming projects.

We are proud to provide our expert services in pneumatic dense conveying systems for IEM Pneumatics, supporting one of the most advanced and environmentally responsible zinc production facilities in the world.

In this case our solution is helping a facility in Norway where energy-intensive zinc production is made more sustainable through locally sourced renewable hydropower.

An unexpected pause in the day!

Our team had a brief break from site work today due to a fire evacuation!
Everyone stayed safe, followed procedures and were back to it as soon as the all-clear was given

A good reminder that safety always comes first- no matter how busy the day gets!

Ragn-Sells operates the world’s first Ash2Salt facility in Upplands-Bro, Sweden, designed and built by Kanadevia Inova, converting hazardous fly ash from waste incineration into commercially viable salts.

Since the plant went live in April 2023, our dedicated commissioning team has been on site supporting its operation and ongoing development.

Last week our COO, visited the site to spend time with the team and meet with the client, reinforcing the importance we place on strong relationships, visible leadership, and close client engagement.

Our team provides comprehensive on-site support, helping to ensure this pioneering, prototype facility continues to run reliably while transforming a challenging waste stream into a valuable resource.

This morning our team was on site with a client preparing for an upcoming major outage. We reviewed the scope of work, confirmed scaffolding requirements to ensure safe and efficient access to plant, and planned the spare parts needed to support smooth ex*****on.

This week, our UK Director spent time in Switzerland working closely with our COO to complete a series of one-to-one meetings with our supervisors.

These conversations focused on individual performance, future aspirations, and structured development plans. The aim was to create space for open, honest dialogue and to ensure our supervisors have clarity on expectations, support, and progression within the business.

This approach represents a shift in how we invest in our leadership capability, moving beyond operational oversight to more deliberate development conversations. The feedback from the team has been extremely positive, reinforcing the value of taking time to listen, align, and plan together.

By strengthening our supervisors, we strengthen our service to clients. This is part of our wider commitment to building a high-performing, engaged team and continuing to raise standards across the business as we grow.
