As you place a virtual object in a real scene, you have now the option with V-Director to have the object appear automatically or manually. Check out the tutorial for more details and an example.

In the automatic mode, a target appears on the floor when it is recognized and the target fills itself when it stays in the same location for a couple of seconds. Once the target is filled, the object appears. This mode is the default mode.

The Fribourg Tourism Office launched last month an innovative visiting guide called “Frÿburg 1606”. The mobile application combines Augmented Reality, storytelling and an old map to transport you in the 17 hundred. Learn more by listening to this very positive broadcast from the RTS.
