Every month, our new employees have the opportunity to get to know our production site in Erlen through a guided tour as part of their onboarding.
For the past 15 years, Jรถrg has been leading these tours, giving new colleagues an insight into our production processes and sharing the knowledge he has gained through many years of experience.
Jรถrg himself has been with LISTA for 20 years. Over the years, he has gained extensive knowledge of our production, its processes and the many developments that have taken place. During the tour, he explains how the different production steps work together, answers questions and shares practical insights from his day-to-day work.
For our new colleagues, the tour is a great opportunity to see how our products are made and to get to know LISTA beyond their own area of work.
