I didn't want FB to close this page due to inactivity so I wanted to make a quick post and thought I'd share this with you. We were very fortunate over our 15 years to make the friends we did. If you are interested in following us, here's a way to stay up to date. If you noticed we had set up a artisan showcase within Duane's furniture but when the furniture store closed there was no space or money to continue an artisan shop. I had opened an artisan shop for several reasons and one being that I (Sherry) personally make and design jewelry and other crafts. Duane's Furniture is now completely closed. If you have any warranty issues we will do our best to help. Please send me a personal message as I will only be checking this page once in a while. Thank you to everyone that supported us over the last 15 years. We wish you all the very best. We will continue to be in the furniture and mattress industry, so if you have any questions or need advise please feel free to ask us.

Today Sunday Oct. 25th will be the last day we will be offering the remaining inventory from Duane's Furniture for sale. Store will be open Noon - 3. Please bring your trucks, ropes and blankets. NO REASONABLE OFFER REFUSED! Everything must go! Delivery maybe available, but I don't know when as we have to finish cleaning not just the inventory out but cleaning the office and things so this week will be very busy. We will be able to hold things for a couple of days if need be. We still have accent chairs, bed in a bags, mattresses, bedroom furniture, lamps, area rugs and more.

I know Duane's furniture has closed but that doesn't mean we can't help our friends and neighbours. Here's a website from our main supplier for the last couple of years. If you see anything you want we can order it for you, the only catch for the awesome prices you'll get is it has to be paid for upfront in cash and there are no returns, because we won't have a showroom to resell something. Another thing is Duane will be able to order mattresses since he will be rep-ing them for the company, they are not on this site. For the last sale Duane did a little gambling and brought in a full trailer load of mattresses. Which we sold many of but we still have lots left. We have a liquidator coming to look at them but in the meantime we're offering wholesale pricing on top quality canadian made mattresses with full warranty. If you're looking for a new mattress or will be within the next year grab one now. We have all sizes and a good range of quality all at wholesale prices. So when the people left after doing the sale they couldn't get all the furniture on the truck and it wasn't much so we said we'd sell it ourselves. Something that just came to my attention and I thought I should share. If you're looking for something and don't see it ask. The guy running the sale has all ready started packing up, so what you're looking for maybe in the warehouse. Plus there is time to order. This company behind the sale we've know and done business with for 20 years. They are out of Saint John and are good honest people. You can trust them to order something and get it. You can let us know you have ordered something and we'll watch things and make sure you get it. But you can order right up until the last day, as they will be packing up for a few days after that and orders from Saint John come in within 2-3 days, so someone will be around for a few days after the sale for pickups and if they aren't we will. Plus I know the guy running the sale isn't overly pushy, which is good, but he's a little too far the other way. So if you want something you may have to get his attention and tell him. I know my first reaction when not waited on is to walk out and I'd say do that, but you can save some real big $$$ right now, so stick around and tell the guy what you want.
