🤩 WOW we are so fortunate to be apart of such and amazing community!

🦜 Emergency Rehoming Needed – 5 Parrots Displaced by House Fire

We are urgently seeking permanent homes for five parrots who lost their home in a recent house fire. 💔

Their owner has made the incredibly difficult decision to surrender them, as she has nowhere safe to keep them for at least a year while she rebuilds her life and home.

🕊️ Birds in Need
• 🐥 3 Cockatiels – unknown age and s*x (HOMES FOUND)
• 🦜 1 Green Cheek Conure – unknown age and s*x
• 🦜 1 Green Cheek Conure (red and green plumage) – unknown age and s*x
• 💚 1 Green Quaker Parrot – unknown age and s*x (HOME FOUND)

At this time, we have very limited behavioural information. These birds all came from the same household and have recently experienced major stress and displacement after the fire.

They do have cages, although a few were damaged during transport from the fire scene.

🏠 What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced bird owners who can offer:
• A permanent, loving home
• A safe, quiet environment for recovery and adjustment
• Proper housing and diet appropriate for their species

My cockatiel just unexpectedly flew out of the back door. We live right on Thorn Dr. Please everyone keep an eye out for him, his name is Peep and he responds back to his name, he loves towels, blankets, any fabric. It's starting to rain and we are worried sick crying. I am out of the city and have my mom and friends out in Amber Trails looking and calling for him playing his singing videos on loud volume. If anyone sees anything PLEASE CALL ASAP!! PLEASE SHARE 💔 his Instagram is for more videos and pictures of him!!!

Rocky is a 25ish year old Amazon up for adoption! Only those who have experience with Amazon’s will be considered. Rocky can be temperamental and can have a pretty vicious bite! But with the right owner who has experience and with time & patience Rocky may settle. He has been with another Amazon for 5 years, however his buddy passed away in the summer time. If interested pls fill out adoption forms. Adoption fees will apply.

Rocky is 25ish years old Amazon parrot and is up for adoption! He just lost his best birdy buddy and is looking for a new partner. He does well with other birds and is not mean with other birds but can be a little skittish. He enjoys being held but not pet. He would do well either other medium sized parrots he can connect with. EXPERIENCED parrot owner is being sought for Rocky.
UPDATE: ROCKY HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN ADOPTED AND IS GOING TO A HOME THAT WE KNOW THAT WILL GIVE HIM THE LOVE AND CARE HE DESERVES. Thank you everyone for your interest in Rocky !
