Spring momentum is building across Interior BC! 🌸 Real estate activity in March showed positive signs with sales up from February and gaining traction heading into the typically busy spring season. While inventory remains slightly lower than last year, the market is showing encouraging improvement.

• Sales were up 1.3% compared to March 2025 with 1,154 homes sold 📈
• New listings decreased 4.8% from the previous year ✨
• Active inventory across the region was down 3.1% year-over-year 🏡
