Brock House Woodworkers create personal projects and beautiful woodwork for the semi-annual Fairs, to raise funds for Brock House Society.
One hundred woodworkers over fifty-five have access to the Brock House Society workshop at Jericho Beach in Vancouver, BC, Canada. They bring their ideas to the shop where they find the tools they need and kindred souls who offer advice and assistance without even being asked! We have furniture makers, toy makers, turners and carvers. All have some woodworking knowledge and some are highly skilled. Most are men, but some are women. The atmosphere is sometimes noisy but always genial.
