Small space design ideas prove that limited square footage doesn’t mean sacrificing style, comfort or functionality-it simply means making smarter choices. We have created a vignette in our showroom to show how this can be done. With the deep blue walls, the addition of light upholstery creates the illusion of larger pieces. Keeping the wood tones light is also a nice touch to increase the visual size of round dining table. An etagere in the corner adds height in the small dining area. Curves - in all the right places. We are seeing a new direction in home fashion. Straight lines, boxy shapes and rigid forms have begun to be replaced with a sense of movement. The trend in home furnishings is becoming more inviting with rounded sofas, arched chairs and sculptural tables that improve flow and encourages conversation.
