Did you know I joined the Three Hills & District Chamber and am now on the board?
HELP! We are looking for vendors!
Hi Everyone!
On behalf of the Three Hills & District Chamber we are looking for family friendly vendors to join us at our Kids Carnival in Three Hills, Alberta on Saturday, July 11. The most activity will be from 1200-330pm but the parade is in the area prior and there will be a dance between 3-5.
Arrival and set up begin between 930am-1030am due to access restrictions with the parade prior to the carnival. We ask that you remain set up until at least 330pm. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, tents etc.
Each booth is 10'x10' and the fee is $20 payable by etransfer prior to the event. That email will be shared once you commit. These are outdoor booths and there is no power available.
We are open to food trucks and have an ice cream truck, burger truck and lemonade stand vendors already coming.
We will only be accepting 1 vendor of each type (eg only 1 burger truck).
Last year, without vendors, we saw 300-400 people at the event.
This year we are looking to start growing! Will you join us?
