A lovely pair of gray catbird socks by my friend

The catbirds are in full song of late in our area!! I love listening for their meows at the end of a long session of singing.

I just finished the by and I’m really happy with it! It’s a lovely, loose fitting, comfy cardi that I know I’ll wear a lot!!
I used Purple Martin, Lilac-breasted Roller, Grey Peacock-Pheasant and European Starling along with 3 of my semi-solids: b***y blue, light moss and dark navy.

Even Bowie thinks it’s a pretty thing! ❤️😎🎶

What a great weekend! Thank you, thank you!! The Knit City team, Toronto Guild volunteers, and of course the amazing crowds of fibreistas who came out made it the best weekend!! We had so much fun meeting new friends, chatting with everyone and generally sharing our love of everything birds and yarn! I always forget to take pictures as I’m too busy talking…. But here’s a few. I hope you appreciate my Sunday restock inventory management system 😝… good thing we had a king size bed in our hotel room 🤗
