Our team requires a reliable hand-sprayer and flat line operator. Dedication to quality craftsmanship and organization is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for product preparation, applying stain, lacquer and top coats using a flat line machine and/or hand-spraying. Knowledge in all aspects of finishing is a must with achieving the highest quality as top priority. When work loads dictates, other tasks may be assigned to the individual. Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all processes are adhered to, maintain a safe work environment (free of clutter and debris and other safety hazards), maintaining equipment and tools (changing spray booth filters, cleaning spray guns, etc.), and use of personal protective equipment is required.

Candidate must be able to follow shop procedures, ability to problem solve, understand paperwork, ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Work with minimal supervision to accomplish the tasks at hand to meet the demands of the schedule. Overtime may be required as well. Must be able to lift 50- 70 lbs.
