Jesper brand, Danish teak shelves. Deeper than a traditional bookcase, these can store records, books, pretty things - all your bits!
They have been modified to remove damage, and run slightly shorter than original - but who would even guess it! New backing has been installed to balance out the replaced back that had damage.
Shelves are adjustable.

Sensational medium-brown wood-frame, dowel-back sofa and chair set with new deep, moss-toned subtly textured velvet cushions. All strapping has been replaced.

Beautifully versatile, the set can be split into different rooms and stand alone in their clean lines.

AFTER!

After a complete refinish of the frames - I needed to figure out HOW to rebuild these chairs...and order authentic supplies...coil springs, jute webbing, edge roll...but that wasnt quite it! With the drop front, I had to create a front wire to support the front edge of the chairs. Reshaping the coil springs was generously assisted by a dear friend, and then I was off and running!
ALL the layers of burlap and decking and foam and fabric and finally the finished fabric with a fancy double welt trim.
I just wish I had taken prettier pictures before they got delivered!
Goals for the future ♡
Hours for upholstery rebuild: 24

•original aniline dye that deeply penetrated the detailed wood and DEEP red
•zero original structure to build from
•specific "drop front" wood construction
