ASEDA GLASBRUK, SWEDEN. Designed by Bo Borgstrom, produced in the mid-60's. Vaseline glass with the translucency of petroleum jelly. Deep dive for glass enthusiasts: the yellow one (shorter and fatter) is pattern 5-692, but we can't seem to find the orange one (taller and skinnier) anywhere online. We didn't even know there was a variant.

THIS SWISS MODERN pottery lamp base is signed "Valcera 29" on the base, and was designed and hand-painted by Mark Valcera. He made several pieces in this decor range, all with turquoise horses. Gotta admire a man who knows exactly what he likes! Coming to the Mall this week. Just under 25" tall with the shade.
