The Canadian furniture industry has certainly had it's nose bloodied over the last 10 years. There are, but a few of these companies left in business, as consumers look for more disposable furnishings - a shame when our planet is under siege with over consumption! These are a few of the quality companies that Littles Furniture was proud to have represented over our 50 odd year existence.

The building and property is now for sale. The building is cement block, and is 12,000 square feet. There is a little over an acre of land in a prime location fronted by a stoplight, across from a mall. The building offers 8000 sf of carpeted, led lighted showroom, with 2000sf warehouse. The showroom was totally renovated , including high quality spray foam insulation in the walls, upgraded insulation on the roof. Heating is by 2 gas furnaces. the building is air conditioned. The building is serviced by a 120208 volt, 400 amp power supply. An additional 2000 sf warehouse has been added at the back, making the total square footage 12,000sf. There is 1 finished, and 1 unfinished apartment on the second level. Property tax is approximately $14,000. The building has gas forced air heat, and is air conditioned. The property is fully serviced by the municipality. There has been installed inground sprinkling in the front yard. The property has copious parking, and a 15 foot right of way on the south side, for access, should it be needed, or subdivided. Structurally, the building could be subdivided into smaller 2000sf units. The property is zoned HC1 - Highway Commercial, would be suitable for offices, recreation, medical, mini-mall, or dining/banquet. To the north is a restaurant, and professional offices. To the south is a dental office. Across the road is a gas bar, and on the northwest corner is a mall, including LCBO, food and other retail. Canadian Tire and Walmart are further to the south.

They are mostly the same size, but no 2 have identical fabric. There are a few smaller sizes available but, there aren't two identical covers. Perfect for your own use, or for gifting. Attached is our closing ad. In a few days, Littles is closing it's doors. Everything that is remaining is marked down to half price! We have left a few mattress sets, a few sofas, 1 bedroom suite, 1 seven piece dinette, a few occasional chairs, some bar stools, and some miscellaneous accessories. All items are cash and carry, or delivery charges will apply. The doors close Friday June 30 at 6:00PM.
