• Property location for accurate delivery and installation pricing

🏠 What about permits?
In Ontario, a detached accessory structure 15 m² (approximately 161 sq. ft.) or less generally does not require a building permit, provided it meets the applicable criteria. Municipal zoning rules still apply, including setbacks, height and placement.
🛠️ How does installation work?
Most custom sheds have an approximate 4–6 week lead time once your order and deposit are finalized. Your structure arrives flat-packed and our crew builds it right on your property, perfect when backyard access is limited.

We can quote that too! A properly prepared gravel base gives your shed a solid, level foundation, and we can help determine what your site needs.
