This Friday, September 8th, Casa Verde Construction, together with friends and former Ottawa Senator, Milan Michalek will be participating in to help raise funds for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) research. Over 40 teams will relay a canoe starting from Toronto to Montreal. Each team will complete a 13 km portion of the trail for a total distance of 700 km. The Baker family cottage is nearing completion. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom modern timber-frame structure is in the final finishing stage. This country home/ cottage is encased with extra large (black pane) windows to provide a 360* view of this outstanding lot! Interior design elements will reflect a modern industrial style.

Our recent project in Park with Iron and Ivory hits all the high notes. This ultra-modern, yet warm home is custom from top-to-bottom. This kitchen, for example, incorporates premium marble(s), custom cabinets, and a custom hood range, are just a few few key features.

This old house has some great bones. A large-scale renovation being carried out in Park is well underway. Project is being carried out in collaboration with award-winning designer Julia of/ and with AstroDesignCentre. Once complete, it will be a beautiful example of merging old with modern and new.

Thank you and Caroline Phillips for the mention. With the onset of Covid, we have seen an unprecedented year for recreational builds/ inquiries (cottages/ chalets) and cottage sales. It has been a perfect storm for the cottage industry, as people want to escape the city, Ottawa's high-end market continues to expand, and young families push forward in building their dream home/ cottage.
