Library project completed! 🤩 This was a fun and unique project, the original drawings I did by hand for this space! A perfect quiet get away to enjoy your scotch and a book or a game of chess! It was pieced together over a few years stretch but completed in time for Christmas! (Im just slow to post!) 🎄

Check out this Cody & Co Gorgeous Heritage Home Makeover! Our team really pulled out all the stops on this little jewel of a home. With all new electrical and plumbing installed after an extensive amount of demo, the home was outfitted from top to bottom with top of the line finishes including Quartz counter tops, marble mosaics, custom exposed hinge style cabinetry, new solid oak floors, designer lighting fixtures and much much more... We absolutely love the end result, a perfect mix of paired down modern and vintage elegance. What do you think?

Cody & Co's Elma Street Project is nearing completion and we are thrilled with the results! This little gem boasts 9' high coffer ceilings, 9" high baseboards, original oak hardwoods refinished, a complete new custom kitchen, a barrel vaulted ceiling in the main bath, and all that charm and character we love in a heritage home now fitted with all the modern conveniences! When a beautiful VINTAGE BRASS chandelier becomes the inspiration for a whole home remodel, the result is an edgy, eclectic mid century mix we called 'Modern Elegance" . Graphic printed wallpaper and tile, clean lined cabinetry, mid century furniture and a custom designed fireplace surround by Cody & Co complete the look. Simply Stunning!

"MODERN ELEGANCE" was the catch phrase used to describe this 1970's home remodel, and we love the finished look! The soft simplicity of the warm greys and cool blues, with the added pop of satin brass to make that modern statement!
