New spring Kangatraining class series incoming! I'd love to meet you and your babies there!
What is Kangatraining?
💪 It's a full body workout designed from the ground up to be safe for your postpartum body and effective at regaining the strength you need. Cause parenting is an endurance sport.
👠It's a great way to get your body moving, meet some new friends and bond with your baby. Babies are in carriers for the majority of the workout and usually have a great nap. I'm also a babywearing consultant trained with the Center for Babywearing Studies, so feel free to bring your carrier questions.
🌷 It's pelvic floor and diastasis recti safe. We take this really seriously in Kangatraining. We put a major focus on your pelvic floor health and strengthening and reconnecting your core.
