Done for now. Need some time to walk by it and decide what it needs. I’ve struggled with this one, fighting with straying from my reference photo and going with what felt right. Owls are very spiritual birds, protectors or guardians of knowledge. Some believe they are the spirits of our lost loved ones. It’s rare I walk outside at night without hearing or seeing an owl nearby.

Still working on this owl. The longer winter goes on the less focus I seem to have. Tell me I’m not the only one?
