Designing your yard isn’t all that different than designing your home. Allocate your spaces and be sure to add all the coziness. I DIYd this gazebo so it was the perfect fit for this area. Built a custom sectional and now there’s a cozy space to relax or watch movies after a tranquil outdoor shower.

Before and after bedroom in our house project for our client.
Staging really shows how this smaller room can function so beautifully. We added knotty pine to the ceiling which draws the eye up. Installed a new light fixture and painted the walls and trim. There was no door before but it now has a welcoming entrance with our custom built barn door. We refinished the floors in a gel stain. The wardrobe stays in the space and is the new closet. There is still a perfect space for a dresser and even a tv. Everything you need in one cozy little room!

This space was transformed with paint and some new casings. We added some height to the wainscotting and our custom built barn door adds that wow factor. The gel stain on the wood floors took care of the orange and staging finished look.

Before and after bathroom at my clients house that will be hitting the market. 🏡
This bathroom got a new tub, tub surround, new vanity, new toilet and new plumbing fixtures. We painted the walls and installed new trim. We wanted to make sure it had personality so we painted the cabinets, installed wallpaper and hung this amazing curtain. I just love how bright and clean this space is now.

Fully sanding these floors wasn’t an option, but that bright orange had to go. After a really good cleaning we scuff sanded and then applied this Saman gel stain. We did a dark walnut the first time but it didn’t get rid of the orange, so we did another coat over it with black. We let it dry over the weekend then applied a few top coats using the oil hybrid Saman top coat in satin. These floors still have character but they are looking so much better! Can’t wait to finish it off with some furniture and decor.
