We are putting on this program for students and youth at risk from ages 12-18, and giving them a hands-on, practical training program. Our goal is to get these students back on a path where a career will be gained through hands-on training, and hard-work that will lead to post-secondary education, apprenticeships, or employment.

Workforce Certificates

Building & Grounds Keeper
Building Inside Maintenance & Housekeeping
Carpentry module
Electrical Module
Auto Restoration & Service
Welding
Metal Fabrication
Pipes Trades
Sheet Metal
Heavy Equipment tech
Commercial Trailer

It must be remembered that the Ladder-Up courses are designed to help students understand the importance that completing their education is crucial, especially when they choose to take a trade program through a post-secondary college.
