Another very important repair. We received Wacker Neuson E3000 Hydronic Surface Heaters. After inspection, we noticed a 6kw generator had an issue starting, and we found the fuel shut-off solenoid had shorted causing the wire harness to overheat and melt. After ensuring engine components were not damaged, the engine was able to be started and ran flawlessly. We then proceeded to make sure the ground heater was working properly and had no issues. We replaced the generators engine wire harness and stop solenoid. We are happy to help our customers. Where Quality Matters!

Our customer sent a generator unit with no start and stuck EGR. The customer proceeded to troubleshoot and managed to feed power and damage the ECU. After inspecting we cleaned EGR, replaced, and programmed a new replacement ECU. The unit was tested with no issues and the machine is ready to work. If your machine needs service, contact us TODAY! We received from our customer a light tower with no power at the outlets and lights not turning on. After inspection, our technicians found the generator capacitor had failed. In addition we replaced a complete LED light assembly and installing a new capacitor the machine was tested with no issues and it operates perfectly. Where Quality Matters

Our customer sent in a Doosan HP1600 Compressor with a failed coupler due to running under full load when it ran out of fuel. Our technicians inspected the air end to ensure it still rotated and was not locked up. We proceeded to remove the air end and replace the coupler. After test running fully loaded, the compressor had no issues. The machine was completely serviced and is now ready for work. Where Quality Matter. In Stock, the newly refurbished Wacker Neuson Heavy-duty mobile generator G70 - 600V is ready to work. We have replaced the motor with a brand new John Deere engine with 2 year 2,000-hour warranty. The engine doesn’t have EGR or any extra emission devices like DEF – DOC - SCR or DPF. Brand new generator end 600 volt (1-year warranty). Replaced radiator and mainboard basler is new.
