Our client, a Canadian real estate developer and property management firm, turned to Transitions Sales Specialist, Elena Ingratta, to furnish their model suite in their premium Toronto office building. New furnishings were provided in the offices, meeting area, guest and staff lounge areas, while gently-used paneled workstations in complementary finishes were sourced and supplied in the suite’s Open Area. Ergonomic task seating for the stations, also gently-used and steam cleaned, are ready for their second life. This project combined an efficient space plan with cost-savings to yield a welcoming workspace that awaits its newest tenant.

Another project successfully completed ✨
This office installation for an Elderly Care Services organization featured a mix of new and refurbished furniture — delivering a clean, functional, and welcoming workspace while maximizing value and sustainability.
Our Sales Specialist, Ida Lijoi, helped bring this project together and ensuring the client’s needs were met every step of the way.
A great example of how thoughtful furniture solutions can support organizations that care for our communities.
