While balayage is all about subtly bringing brightness to the hair, Reverse balayage adds darkness back at the root which creates depth & dimension. It lowers the contrast while allowing the highlights to pop!

Both Balayage & Reverse Balayage if done correctly, will naturally transition from dark to light without the harsh demarcation (band of color) line and will blend to give you a natural look!

On this Beauty I added depth at the root and foiled in low lights to give her a more natural, low maintenance look
