Finished product of some 2” Stainless 90s. We like to tape the pipe off then polish the welds for a clean look after.

2” Stainless Fl**ge rolled out in the stands. Did this in three passes with 1/8 filler wire at 130amps.

Couple roll outs on some 14” carbon this week. Been using 5/32 6010 at 145amps on the root and 3/16 7018 at 235amps on the fill and cap.

This is probably my favourite weld I have ever done, two 6" WOL onto a 24" main. I used the mig welder with some stainless wire to fill this up then I capped it out with tig.

Sch10 pipe butt welded to a 6" WOL, welded this at 140amps with a 1/8 filler rod.

This is some 4“ carbon welds I did a couple months ago, I capped these joints out at 145amps with a 1/8 7018
