ICED UBE LATTE. We made this trending drink at home with the Nespresso by .na Vertuo Next coffee and espresso machine with the Aeroccino frother. Here’s how:
1. Brew espresso with your choice of Vertuo espresso capsules.
2. Make ube cold foam in the Aeroccino with milk, cream and ube extract.
3. Pour espresso over ice and sweeten to taste. Top with ube cold foam.
