Big news out of Schreiter’s: After decades at the helm, Paul Schreiter is retiring from the business and passing the torch to Chloe and John.

Paul began his Schreiter’s career as a teenager, sweeping the parking lot of 27 Gaukel St (the building we occupied from 1935 to 2017) and continues to sweep at 482 Belmont Ave. Paul has spent a lifetime of years molding the business into something he is proud of; a destination for beautiful design with a reputation for quality and next-level service.

General Manager Chloe Lobsinger has played a key leadership role in shaping the store’s contemporary direction, while John Schreiter represents the fifth generation of the family. Together, they plan to carry forward the business’s legacy while continuing to refine its modern identity and its reputation for quality, innovation, and a willingness to adapt.
