We are very happy that you are interested in registering for the St. Michael CHS Christmas Craft Show which supports our school and students. BUT we also want to ensure the registration process and vendor experience at our craft show is as smooth as possible. Therefore, we ask you to read the following information CAREFULLY BEFORE compl
eting the registration form, especially with regards to our payment options and craft show policies. These policies are in response to issues we have encountered in previous years. Michael Catholic High School Christmas Craft Show, which has been running for over 20 years, is organized and supported by parent and student volunteers. Proceeds help to fund student activities and projects at the school, as well as the local Food Bank. Last year's show featured 200 tables and attracted an estimated 2000 visitors. 1. Please remember that your registration is NOT considered complete until full payment is received. YOU MUST COMPLETE PAYMENT FOR YOUR TABLE(S) WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION FORM OR YOUR REGISTRATION RECORD WILL BE DELETED. If you do not complete payment in 7 calendar days, you will NOT receive advance warning that your registration will be deleted and you will have to complete the registration form again if you remain interested in participating in our show. This policy is to avoid vendors 'reserving' spots without payment and no exceptions will be permitted.*PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW DIRECT SALES VENDORS THIS YEAR*2. PAYMENT OPTIONS - we accept: Payment through School Cash Online β this is the preferred method of payment OR- Cash payment delivered in person to the school office at 2755 County Road 43, Kemptville between 7:45 am and 3:00 pm Monday to Friday (also required within 7 calendar days of submitting your registration form). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES - NO EXCEPTIONS.3. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS. We are a small group of parent and student volunteers and cancellation/refund processing has negatively impacted our fundraising and logistics in the past. We greatly appreciate your understanding. If you must cancel, we thank you for your donation to our school council's fundraising efforts. 4. Extra tables, racks, shelves, display cases, display boards, etc.: Please remember you are paying for 'SPACE' at our craft show, not simply a table. Each space allows sufficient room to maneuver between your table and the vendor table next to you on either side, plus room behind your table for seating. Please keep these space limitations in mind. If you require more space for additional display equipment, you will have to pay for an additional table/space. Some areas of the craft show offer additional space behind the tables. If you believe you require one of these spaces for mobility concerns or other, please indicate this in the Special Requests/Needs section in the registration form.5. Once you register for our show you will receive an email confirming receipt of your registration form and providing you with the payment options and instructions listed in #2 above. 6. Organizers reserve the right to decline a registration for any reason. In this case, your payment will be refunded in full within 7 calendar days. Please note that the sale of any products with profane language is strictly prohibited and organizers will ask you to remove such items from display.7. Each table measures 6 ft x 2 ft and requires a tablecloth. Each space rental comes with two chairs.8. Show hours: the Craft Show is open to visitors from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Vendors' tables must remain open until the end of the show at 3:30 pm.9. Doors will open for set-up at 8:00 am and all tables and equipment must be removed by 5:00 pm. 10. Our vendors are very important to us. Our goal is to help you experience a successful AND enjoyable day at our craft show.
