DFC Woodworks is not leaving Canada. That is our official statement. 🇨🇦
Over the past few days, there has been a lot of conversation around our business and what the current tariff situation could mean for us.
The reality is that our Canadian-made products are now facing a 50% tariff when entering the United States. Like many Canadian manufacturers, we are navigating a difficult and rapidly changing situation and looking carefully at how we adapt.
But we want to be clear: Canada is our home. Our manufacturing is here in Ontario, and we intend to keep building here.
Our focus is on protecting the company, the people behind it, and the Canadian manufacturing legacy we’ve been building since 1955.
We appreciate everyone who has reached out with support, questions, and concern.
