U.S. Tariff Refunds – Action Required

A new U.S. Customs portal (CAPE) launches April 20, allowing importers to request refunds on IEEPA tariffs.

If your company exports to the U.S., you may be eligible — but:

• You must have an ACE account
• Refunds are time-sensitive
• Brokers may not be able to process requests quickly

👉 Apply for ACE access: https://ace-accounts.cbp.gov/s/importer-form

We recommend acting now to avoid missing eligibility windows.
