We’re delighted to announce that our new collection of tables, which formally launched at IDS 2026, has been long-listed for the 2026 AZ Awards in the Design: Single Piece Furniture category.

The Asquith Table Collection is a distinctly Canadian release. Inspired by northern landscapes and the paintings of Lawren S. Harris Inventory, these tables are composed of fractured geometric volumes and thick, beveled slabs. The result is a series of glacial masses with the warmth of solid wood.

The collection is named after Asquith Avenue - a short street about 100 metres from The Studio Building. The Studio Building was erected by Lawren Harris in Toronto’s Rosedale neighbourhood in 1914. It was the home and working studio of several members of The Group of Seven, including Tom Thompson, A.Y. Jackson, Franklin Carmichael and, of course, Lawren Harris.

All tables are Available in both standard and custom dimensions, materials and finishes. Contact us for more info!

The Asquith side table in blackened ash and powder coated steel.

The Asquith Collection is a series of tables that officially launched last month at IDS Toronto. The design of these pieces was informed by internal conversations about what it means to be Canadian, and what makes our and our peers’ work distinct in the context of the global design community.

Inspired by glaciers and ideas of The North, the Asquith collection is bold, sculptural and highly customizable. The tables are available with wood or steel tops, with or without integrated power, making them suitable for a variety of contexts.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at .  It was a pleasure to meet so many new people and connect with old friends, all while celebrating our vibrant design community.⠀

This year we introduced the Asquith Collection - a series of sculptural pedestal tables designed for versatility and customizability.  We were delighted to receive such a positive response to these pieces.⠀

We also showed a limited edition trio of CALLA seating made entirely of salvaged materials:  twisted cord made of  upcycled fabric from the Paris fashion industry and wooden frame constructed of lumber from a demolished century home in west Toronto.  Repurposed materials carry so many stories, lending a unique richness to this collection.  Thank you for all the positive feedback!⠀

IDS also presented us with an award for Best Sustainable Booth.  For us, sustainability is about thoughtful material choice, repairable design, and impeccable build quality.  Overall, our aim is to create furniture that will be enjoyed for generations to come.⠀

Thank you for creating such beautiful floral arrangements in our booth, and thank you for creating space for such a thoughtful, creative community.  We’re grateful for the connections and excited for what’s ahead!⠀

Design Week is fast approaching. It’s our favourite time of year.

We’ll be at IDS this year, showing off the Asquith collection - a new series of tables inspired by draped fabric and glacial formations.

Come say hello and see what we’ve been up to! We’re at booth 1334, right beside the main stage.
