Mercanti Granite & Quartz LTD. We supply builders and home owners in northern Alberta and BC with quality, custom granite and quartz Countertops. We're a Mercanti family business.

We fabricate and install countertops in Grande Prairie. We have the largest selection of full slabs instock in Grande Prairie. We have called Grande Prairie AB home since 2004 and have been making and installing beautiful counter-tops since 2012. We're the oldest and only local fabricators still operating in GP as well as are the most trusted installers in the area. Combined we have over 36 years of experience in the industry between Dan (brother) Tyler (cousin) Frank (father) and Tim (brother). We stand behind our work and service what we sell.

The sample tells you the story. The slab shows you the whole book.

Those soft grey tones and bold brass veining need room to breathe. When you see the full slab, those details stretch into sweeping, wave-like movements that you simply can't experience from a hand-held chip.

Watching a client fall in love with a sample, then seeing that excitement multiply by ten when they lay eyes on the real slab in our showroom, is one of our favourite parts of the process.

Are you ready to find your perfect match? We would love to welcome you in and walk you through our showroom.

A countertop update does so much more than just change a surface, it completely anchors the style of the entire kitchen.

In this space, the new countertops bring a clean, polished look that pulls all the design elements together. Our team loved fabricating and installing this project right here in Grande Prairie. It’s amazing to see how a thoughtful stone selection can completely elevate a home's everyday style.

From our remnant selection to a stunning DIY retreat. 🧡

We love seeing how our clients bring their own spaces to life! This homeowner picked up a selection of our stone remnants to create this incredible firepit area, the perfect spot for those Grande Prairie summer nights.

It’s proof that you don't always need a full slab to make a big impact. If you have a creative DIY in mind or a smaller project on your list, come chat with our team to see what’s currently in our remnant selection!

Sometimes a small sample just doesn't do the stone justice, no matter how you hold it! 🎣

While we love having fun in the shop, we know how hard it is to visualize your dream kitchen from a tiny square. That's why we always recommend viewing our full-size slabs in person. Come visit the team and let's bring your space to life. 🧡
