I have always had an eclectic taste, especially in my furniture and décor. I mix modern furniture with vintage and antique pieces that have been stripped and refinished or painted and distressed. Sometimes I even distress modern furniture for a certain appeal. I refurbish vintage & antique furnishings, as well as modern furniture as desired to create ‘Shabby Chic’, ‘French Country’, ‘Cottage Style

’ or ‘ Antique Farmhouse’ looks. I use contrasting colors as well I might hand-paint or stencil whimsical designs. I create new purposes for old doors, windows, table tops/shelves or almost anything you can think of, etc. Giving old cupboards, handles & k***s a second chance with some paint & distressing is another favorite of mine! I have done stripping & refinishing wood to its natural state, however I do prefer to paint & distress. I have creative organizational ideas for building funky furniture to fit into certain spaces for a functional purpose. Old iron bed frames are stunning when fun colored paint is distressed!
