Most people when planning a sunny holiday make a checklist and SPF / sunscreen is a travel essential right?
I get asked regularly "what sunscreen should I take on holiday" and I always reply with "what's your daily spf routine" ..
Most of my clients do not use a daily SPF, those of us living in northern climates have the misconception that sun screen is for warm sunny weather and that is just incorrect.

The rule for spf is this - Do you have skin ? Yes? Well you need SPF daily no matter the weather or the temperature. SPF EVERY DAY.

The best anti aging routine is a preventive one.

Dirty brushes & blenders trap bacteria, oil, dead skin, and dirt, which can then be transferred to your face, clogging pores and leading to breakouts. Regularly cleaning your brushes is essential to prevent this and other skin issues like rashes and infections. 

How dirty brushes lead to acne

Bacteria and germs: Unwashed brushes become a breeding ground for bacteria, which can be transferred to your skin and cause acne and infections.

Clogged pores: Brushes pick up oil, dust, and dead skin cells. When you use the dirty brush, these particles are redeposited onto your face, clogging pores and leading to breakouts.

Compromised skin barrier: The buildup on brushes can also irritate the skin and weaken its natural barrier, making it more susceptible to problems.
