Delivery day! We delivered this modern style walnut Queen sized bed to our clients at their new home, along with two walnut nightstands!
The bed is crafted from solid walnut hardwood with solid brass standoffs.
Nightstands are beautifully mitred for a constant flowing grain, equipped with walnut drawer box on soft close, full extension undermount slides.

Finished in Castle Brown, one of our absolute favorite colors for walnut.

Next up is this beautiful X-Frame extendable dining table we completed for designl.o.f.t and EBO Design | Interior Design Studio | Creating Family Homes for that same St.Albert build. Crafted from solid walnut, this was a treat to make!
58” round that extends to allow three 12” leafs.
It took a bit of fun engineering this one!

We’ve been so excited to start sharing parts of this recent project with you! Phase 2 of an office build we first completed two years ago!

Form & Function Design Co. started by creating an extremely functional and beautifully finished space that creates a truly inviting office experience. From there veni.custom and I designed/constructed/installed all the furniture pieces you’ll slowly be seeing, starting with this boardroom!

The client wanted a 96x48 boardroom table as well as a sideboard that not only grabbed your attention, but had a secret function as well, a hidden bar.
We constructed the boardroom table from sapele hardwood with a subtle curly maple midbeam to tie in all the other finishes of the office.
For the sideboard we added big curves to the front corners, and crafted it from sapele hardwood. We used zebrano for the doors which was a tie in from the original office as well.
And with the touch of a button the hidden bar gently rises. Business in the front, party in the back. When you’re done, is eases back into the sideboard for a flush top.

When we discussed this design for the clients office they wanted a piece that would stand out as soon as you walked in and haed to disagree that we nailed it!

At 102” long this walnut credenza can’t help but steal the show. With grain matched doors, corner hugging adjustable feet, and custom made door handles this piece provide function while providing a timeless look.

We recently finished this custom storage build for a client who needed to maximize every square inch of this nook.
By matching the grain across these cherry floor-to-ceiling panels, we turned a utility space into a design feature. Swipe left to see the interior-adjustable shelving designed to evolve with the client’s needs for years to come.

The cozy lake house vibes are on point with this build! Our latest addition to this lakehouse that we’ve been fortunate enough to build multiple pieces for over the past two years.

This time we’ve added bench seating in their upstairs reading room, equipped with lift up lids for additional storage and these fantastic shelving units with adjustable shelves.

Downstairs a simplistic style corner bench unit, also with lift up lids and storage, all finished in the customers custom stain to match their other pieces and kitchen.

If you think hanging a TV is stressful, wait till you hang a vinyl record shelf over what can only be described as a truly beautiful piece of furniture/machinery.

When the client gave us a little demo they tossed on The Beatles - Abbey Road and when this song (Come Together) came on and the sound was absolutely perfect I just instantly fell in love with the piece.
Very happy to make this clients listening setup feel a little more complete.
