Just had a great rowing workshop at my favourite and closest proximity fitness studio! Great meeting Sara, you’re everything I hoped for and more! Thanks Jessica, Jeff and Sean for all the sass this class, I had a blast, not to be crass but my ass is grass after going fast! It’s seems Jessica just shoots me an inspiring-judgmental look and my glutes are on fire….. I think it might be reflexive trauma?
