3 premium charcuterie boards were just completed and shipped to a client in Montreal as some wedding and anniversary gifts. One is made from butternut and the other two are black walnut with custom laser engraving. Finished in a food grade hard wax oil.

These boards receive a very significant amount of hand sanding, which results in perfect imperfections. We take this approach to give them character and beauty that is generally not present in products made and finished completely by machine.

Sometimes it's the small details that make a piece really special, details matter...

It was an absolute pleasure to make this pedestal table and live edge shelves for a great client.

They are all made from spalted maple, and have beautiful natural character. Everything is protected with 3 coats of polyurethane for a durable finish. The shelves have some epoxy fills and the table was saturated as well to add extra durability to the top.

Not all pieces are created equal, and the details you can't immediately see play an important role in both finish quality and longevity.

Simple, clean, and functional. This client wanted some furniture for a cottage they are building and we came up with something that would fit the decor for years to come.

The harvest table has two 18" extensions to take it from a 6 seats to 10 seats for when they have company up to enjoy the lake. They are all wire brushed to give them some texture, and finished with 3 coats of water based satin polyurethane. The legs on all 3 tables are removable.

These pieces will undoubtedly see many memories made over the years.
