McLennan Woodworking McLennan Woodworking is a family business with vast experience in the woodworking world. We make anything you want out of wood, specializing in wooden toys.

We welcome any and all requests for your custom woodworking dreams. I began my Carpentry journey while still in high school, working the summers framing houses. I then completed Mechanical Engineering at NAIT in 2008 but my love for woodworking kept me in the carpentry field. Over the past 13 years I have gained a vast array of skills and knowledge through a variety of jobs (industrial, residentia

l, and restoration construction). In 2015 I graduated from the Carpentry Program at NAIT, earning top marks in Shop Class. I have in depth experience in framing, restoration, tiling, painting, fine finishing, and general renovations. Also part of my skill-set is custom woodworking ...to please my wife's ever growing Pinterest list! Last year I was lucky enough to find these beautiful tree's being taken down. They were going to be used as fire wood but I asked the home owner if I could take them. After getting them cut and stacked I realized that there is endless opportunities and projects. Too bad I have to wait at least 6 months till I can start.

Had a blast testing my skills on the bandsaw with these projects. Isla (my oldest child) asked if I could make something for her teacher. So we came up with the apple bandsaw box and because I love her so much I made her a broken bandsaw box. Isla's box is made with birdseye maple and oak. The oak is from a bed my dad made for me when I was young. It felt amazing using the same wood that my dad used to make me something.

This beautiful play house has been delivered and is all ready for the little ones to explore.
