Premier Eby has urged British Columbians to rethink where their money is best spent. He called Trump’s proposed 25 per cent tariffs a “deliberate economic attack" on B.C. families. The following comments were made when he was talking to the press yesterday.

" “It feels very strange to say but I really do think that for Canadians right now, when you’re planning your March break vacations, when you’re planning your summer vacations, if the tariff threat is realized, the deliberate economic attack on families in our province, in our country, by the president of the United States, that we really should think carefully about spending our money in that country,” Eby said.

Premier Eby also urged residents to read the labels of products they buy to make sure they are supporting Canadian-made goods.

“I hope for British Columbians at home, when you’re at the grocery store and you have a chance to buy a product, right now you’re looking carefully at the labels to support Canadian jobs and to support Canada at this critical time,” he said. " The Canadian Press

I for one, am definitely going to make sure my Canadian dollars go to Canadian companies.

Hi, I'm a Realtor in Metro Vancouver who got into real estate as I was frustrated with the realtors I was working with when buying my first home. My priority was my two young boys. I needed a house in a cul de sac with a fenced-in yard so the boys could play outside without me constantly watching them. Hello all, wishing everyone a happy and fruitful 2024! The start of a new year brings hope, and excitement of new experiences. We all know nothing happens without taking action but sometimes it's hard for people to take action, myself included! Here's to all of us who struggle with procrastination or just feel overwhelmed; as my son would say, "Mom, breathe, breathe ... amazingly it does calm the nerves.
