A little before and after of the cottage bathroom. It’s still a work in progress but I’m super happy so far.
The wood around the toilet was absolutely disgusting and smelly. The little closet on the wall actually opened to the bedroom. So that’s fun people watching you either sleep or shower lol.
Anyway now I love my beautiful tile . It adds a pop off personality and is perfect looking out on Lake Ontario. Like the North Star.

We have been so busy between work life and home life and renovations!! I just realized I haven’t shared any progress of the cottage kitchen . So here is a little before and after. Mr.SLF has installed this new kitchen . There was a lot that went on behind the scenes , plumbing, drywall etc. I love the white cabinets with the wood floor. I got beautiful marble countertops from Blackbird Stone and Tile. Let’s just say I’m obsessed.
Im also in love with my old lights I have been saving for years and the new hood vent he made me. Looks better now it’s painted. But that bottom piece of wood is salvage from my friends farm. Quite a difference from the real estate listing here. It’s all coming together.
