95$ OBO. Antique 1 1/2 chair. Restained / sealed, and reupholstered with a rich deep green leather like material with impressed patterns in it. Sealed with beeswax for softness and protection. Solid, some antique patina left and crack in arm was been there for decades so it was left for character it doesn’t affect the sturdiness at all. Would be a lovely entrance or hall chair or small statement piece for guest room. 30”H x 22”D x 33”L.

So yup. Someone is going to renting be renting our storefront (I’ll let them announce it later) AND some of my pieces will be featured and for sale in the store front too! So extra reason to be excited and motivated!! But as per usual with our renovations, it has involved more than previously thought… new wall, new electrical, new lights, new ceiling. 🤦🏽‍♀️ but it will be great when redone!!! Stay tuned!!!

So I promised a reveal of this piece but…….. it sold before I could! I fell in love with it and never got to take good photos cuz I sold it day one at our family garage sale. It had beautiful blue pine coming thru with the clear stain, something that was in the wood as a tree! So neat! AND had Knapp joints. One the first machine joineries in use only between 1880-1900! So this piece is dated between then! Amazing! Lined the drawers, painted, restained, etc etc. hoping the new owner sends pics of it in situ.

Excited by this project!!! Can’t wait to reveal is to you!
