Care Fair is a FREE food, clothing, and household items shopping event for people in need on Saturday, May 21 2016 at the Farm Centre at 420 University Avenue, Charlottetown, PE. Organizer Betty Begg is looking to help people in need, and to provide an opportunity for those who want to give. vement from all service groups and churches, as well as private individuals and food industry professionals such as farmers and fishermen. Care Fair is "just a great family day on the Island," says Betty Begg. "And anybody else that cares, that either wants to give or wants to help, whether it's collecting food, clothing or whatever.
