Why name a mattress company "Black Sheep"?⁠

When we started out, we realized the bedding world was mostly built around one-size-fits-all options and distant supply chains. We wanted to take a different path - one centered on natural materials, local trade craftsmanship, and personalized comfort built right here in Calgary.⁠
⁠
Being the black sheep isn't about standing out for the sake of it. It’s about doing things by hand, taking time with the details, and building a bed tailored specifically to the person sleeping on it.
