Why can't you fix it? "Why" is a common question I get asked. So let me answer some common reasons why...
#1 - Why does the screen not fit perfectly like before? Why is it not waterproof?
ANSWER: I can replace a screen, however impact can sometimes cause minor damage to the metal frame and the new screen doesn't sit quite as snuggly as it did before.
#2 - I thought you fixed it, so why is my device not working properly?
ANSWER: I can do physical repairs...however I do not fix software/firmware issues. Small fragmented parts, motherboards & wiring can be damaged during impact. It is impossible to asses internal damage until the phone is opened up. As well, sometimes the device will work until it is opened up...meaning the broken bits stay in place until disturbed. Once it is taken apart, repaired and rebooted...that is when you notice the corrupted software.
#3 - Why are you charging me even if you didn't fix my device?
ANSWER: In some instances I may replace parts as requested, but the device still does not work. (Due to issues as mentioned above). I still bought the parts and did the work you requested...so I can not do this for free. (Some parts are expensive and I must recover that cost.)
#4 - Why is my warranty voided if you work on my device?
ANSWER: I am an After Warranty repair service. Any big name manufacture will not take responsibility for a device once you have taken it to an outside source to be worked on.

I hope this helps you when making a decision to repair your devices. These are the questions you should consider before bringing your device to an after warranty repair service.

Common question: Why are your parts more expensive than stuff I find on online (like Amazon)? Simple answer, I purchase my parts via OEM suppliers. ***Read on for details***

What's the Difference Between OEM and Aftermarket Parts?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, which means the parts are made by the same company that makes the original parts for your devices.

However, aftermarket parts are produced by a different parts company and are often designed to be compatible with as many makes and/or models as possible. Due to these design differences, aftermarket parts won’t always provide the same superior fit of OEM parts.

OEM vs. Aftermarket Parts
Aftermarket parts may cost less initially, but the cons of using aftermarket parts far outway any initial savings. With genuine OEM parts you are getting:

Quality: One of the reasons aftermarket parts can be cheaper is they aren’t always made of the same high-quality materials as OEM parts. These inferior materials can lead to problems after installation.

Performance: OEM parts have been designed specifically for your make and model. This allows them to deliver the optimal fit and performance so that your device runs at its best.

Selection: With so many aftermarket parts flooding the market, there can be a huge and often confusing selection available. An OEM supplier will ensure that you are getting exactly what you need for your device repair.

So, in short, you may be paying a bit more upfront for repairs...but you are ensuring that the parts installed are good quality.

Most commonly asked question? "Why is it so expensive to replace a cracked screen on my iPad? They are only $15 on Amazon!" Answer: There are 2 parts to the "screen" - one part is the glass top (which is touch sensitize) the second part is the LCD viewer (this is the image you see). Unfortunately, Apple glues their tablet screens down...so in order to remove it you must heat the glue & peel the screen off. 80% of the time if the LCD was not scratched or damaged already, it can get damaged during this process). The glass screen is cheap...but the LCD's are the expensive part to fix. That is why Apple charges so much...they include the price of the LCD in the price and replace both. When I try to fix the cracked glass screens I do my best to not have to change the LCD...but it is a gamble. So when I quote you I assume I might have to fix both (if I end up not needing to replace LCD, then I don't charge you for it.)
I hope this has helped to clarify the costs a bit for you...thank you for your interest.
