That means we do all the stages of the car wrap process in-house, ourselves, including:
Graphic design - including general idea consulting, logo design, graphics vectorization or enlargement (because you DO need large images in order for your graphics to look sharp and vivid). Design layout - while there are common elements in the car wrapping design and layout, ultimately, each vehicle is unique
and requires individual approach to its design and layout. We keep our vehicle template library as current as we can, allowing us to accommodate pretty much any vehicle - from a motorcycle to cargo van to sports roadster. This is usually done using professional RIP software. We use state-of-the art RIP software to make sure that your design's colors match printer's settings, and the cutting lines and registration marks are clearly defined. Printing and Laminating - in order for your car wrap project to be successful, the design has to be printed on proper substrate (vinyl, etc.) using proper ink and - very important - properly laminated. Without proper lamination, the ink of the print will deteriorate quickly under normal wear and tear of the vehicle - exposure to sun and rain as well as scratches. Proper lamination ensures that your design is protected against normal wear and tear up to 5 years, protecting your investment the best possible way. Cutting - when performing partial body wraps where the design usually features complex shapes and outlines, the printed substrate needs to be cut. In other cases, elements of the design, such as text, are cut from a car vinyl material. Post-production - weeding and pre-masking are necessary steps for properly laying out of the design. During this step we ensure that all your design pieces are aligned properly and ready for the next step - installation. Installation - one of the most important stages of the whole process. Installation is performed by a qualified and experienced installer, and the end result will largely depend on his or her skill in performing car wraps installations. Our installers are of the highest grade. They performed numerous installations creating many of success stories - yous can be next!
