So I should have made this post this morning and invite you to this event but my GPS and Google maps took me on the scenic route to Rampart Farm for today's event and I arrived later than I planned so I had to scramble to get ready. That said, I had a great day in sales, met some great people and learned about a couple of possible new products I might start adding to my product list.

To all those in the fibre arts, this is for you. This Sunday we can finally have a live event and yes, I am a vendor. Come see me at Rampart Farm. I will have drop spindles, support spindles nosteppine's, darning eggs and more. Looks like good weather and we will be socially distanced.

Another wedding present 🎁finished. A young man we have known since he was a small boy, is getting married. This 10 inch box elder bowl served as both our wedding gift and shower gift. I also sent along a Claro walnut pen specially made for his wedding day to sign the registry. I hope they like both gifts.

This is a 9.5 inch box elder yarn bowl. Not much else to say about it.

I have never turned pine burl before ( and I still have one more piece). It is an interesting wood with its duo colour and swirls like a painting. The shop smelled great during the turning. The bowl is 8 inches across finished with food safe oil.

This little 6 inch bowl is made from Catalpa, a medium density wood with a nice grain structure.
