Most services can be provided on site, from minor tune-ups, brake bleeds, tire and rim repair, suspension tuning, to complete overhauls. Inventory is limited, so things such as suspension rebuilds, bottom bracket replacements, and controller/battery/hub services which require specific parts can still be completed on site, but will require 1-4 weeks in order to acquire parts.

A simple tune-up could have prevented this catostrophic failure where the cone nut of the rear wheel backed off and bearings fell out. This result of this was the remaining bearings unevenly wore away the cone nut and eventually was not able to hold bearings at all, resulting in the rider becoming a walker, and limping their bicycle across town, home.

If it doesn't feel right, chance are it isn't. Your bicycle should be almost silent when you are riding, and shouldn't be any play in your wheels, handlebars, or pivot points

A lot of the time you can't find exactly what is needed for a custom build or re-fab, so you just have to take matters into your own hands and go and make it yourself. The newest project is getting a one of a kind3D printed, fan-cooled Controller/battery casing that will blend in seamlessly on the Torque Monster project
