A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support this exciting milestone for our team and community. From the ribbon cutting, to great conversations, local connections, food, laughter, and welcoming faces, it was a fantastic day in Owen Sound.

They’re failing because they’re afraid to look uncomfortable publicly.

Afraid to post.
Afraid to call.
Afraid to reinvent themselves.
Afraid to look inexperienced.
Afraid to look desperate.
Afraid to look foolish.

But every version of growth in this business starts there.

The new agent feels awkward.
The veteran trying to adapt feels exposed.
The struggling agent feels judged.

Good.
