• Work as a Team to complete Tear Down, Repairs, Re-assembly and Testing of Service Rigs and Support Equipment such as Pump Trucks, Equipment Truck, Trailers and more.
• Perform or support the Commercial Vehicle Inspections and Repairs on On-Highway Equipment.
• Complete Repairs, Assembly, and Equipment Inspections on Customer Projects and Equipment.
• Installation and testing of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic components.
• Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of mobile and stationary equipment.
• Collaborate, communicate, and operate in a safe work environment with the Mechanical Team.
• Depending on experience, Field Service work may be available for the right candidate.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Mechanical aptitude and capability
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn

Treeline’s commitment goes far beyond a standard Level IV — they re-invest in their rigs by tearing them down to the frame rails, rebuilding engine packages, and thoroughly inspecting components to ensure they are ready for another 24,000 hours. This also includes upgrades such as Draw works Repairs and Upgrades, DROPS compliance improvements, Increased work floor height adjustability and enhanced LED lighting for safe and efficient 24-hour operations.

We're excited to announce the successful completion and integration of major upgrades to K+S Potash Rig 1!

Together with our partners at K+S Potash, Automated Iron, and CARE, we delivered an upgraded rig solution that meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and operational excellence for their operations.

Project Highlights include:

• Complete Rig Refurbishment and Level IV Inspection on existing equipment.
• Successful integration of the Automated Iron Top Drive, including structural mast and carrier modifications as well as mechanical hydraulic supports.
• New, self-supporting work floor with weather protection for improved site safety and operational convenience.
• LED lighting upgrades throughout the mast and carrier for greater visibility and working environment improvements.
• DROPS compliant design enhancements throughout to improve the safety and reliability of the equipment.
• Complete upgrade with a new operator cab, cable package, and many other improvements.

Each aspect of this project required close coordination and meticulous planning within departments and between all of the partners—ensuring the outcome met K+S’s high expectations and rigorous standards.

A huge thank you to K+S Potash for their trust and partnership throughout this process. The improvements made to Rig 1 will help ensure reliable performance for years to come.
